New furnace in XL-format -

a further milestone for our resources

We just installed a new, giant furnace. With this furnace we can produce parts up to ø 2,3 m.
Innovationen – neuer Ofen
The filling can be made from the front by the double wing door or by means of a crane
through the hydraulic operated top cover. The cover has an integrated air circulation
which guarantees a uniform temperature distribution within the whole furnace.
Thyristor, thermostat and temperature sensors are controlled by a user-friendly SPS control unit.

Most important parameters:

• Effective space 2,5x2,5x3 meters
• Temperature range up to 250°C, continuously adjustable
• Air circulation approx. 20‘000 m3/h
• Heating power 144kW
