As a rule, stack height tolerances are determined by the thickness of the sheet used (+/- 1 the thickness of sheet). In order to maintain tighter tolerance ranges, these stacks can be finished at a later stage.

We manufacture cores using the following technologies

  • Bonded stacks, using bonding varnish technology
  • Welded stacks (laser or TIG welding)
  • Interlock simulation
  • Slice technology to manufacture twisted stacks with all types of outside contours and groove slope - every single sheet is unique
  • Riveted stacks
  • Screwed stacks

Some of the topics above are described more detailed under "Technology".
